Yes, any home renovations or modifications must be approved by the ARC or HOA Board before they can be started.
While there is no local regulations regarding parking in the street, for the safety of perdestrians state law does suggest that parking not create and obstruction to traffic or prevent a line of sight 200ft in either direction of the vehicle. We ask that community members try and be courteous and not obstruct traffic, especially in areas where children are active.

HOA homeowners in good-standing, their household, and guests may use the pool facilities. There is a small fee collected by the life-guard for any visitors.

Regular elections occur April each year and are open to any member of the community in good standing. We have 5 board positions available; currently asssigned as President, Treasurer, Secretary, Facilities, and Hospitality Manager.
In the event we have vacancies on the board that make it impossible to have a quorum, a special session will generally be called within 30 days of written notification.
